1. Order Processing & Handling
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Operating Days: We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email once it has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates, Destinations & Timelines
We offer a straightforward shipping structure to ensure clarity and simplicity.
- Shipping Destination: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Shipping Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
- Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
- Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $4.99 on all orders.
- Transit Time: Estimated delivery within 10-20 business days after the order has been shipped.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (10-20 days) = 11-23 business days.
Our primary shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address information before finalizing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
urbanquota is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we trust our shipping partners, issues can occasionally occur.
- Lost or Stolen: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@urbanquota.com within 7 days. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
