Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following regions at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam and other U.S. territories
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International destinations
We’re actively working to expand our shipping coverage in the near future.
Shipping Carriers

The choice of carrier is based on your delivery location and selected shipping method to ensure the best possible service.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
We do not process or ship orders on the following U.S. federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Processing begins after your payment is confirmed. If any issues arise (such as out-of-stock items or address verification problems), we’ll contact you immediately to avoid delays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options to meet different needs. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Estimated delivery windows include both processing and transit times.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is fulfilled and leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
It may take up to 2–5 business days for tracking information to update, especially for international or rural deliveries.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, or if you’re concerned about your delivery status, please contact our support team for assistance.
Custom and Personalized Orders
For orders involving custom designs or personalization, please allow additional processing time. These orders typically require 3–7 business days to prepare before shipment.
We will communicate expected timelines clearly at checkout and via email confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Providing accurate and complete shipping information is crucial. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed, returned, or lost. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to address errors provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we will notify you and offer the option to reship (additional shipping fees may apply).
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received, please take the following steps:
- Verify the delivery address provided during checkout
- Check around your mailbox, porch, or reception area
- Confirm with household members or neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers may scan packages before actual drop-off
If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification. We’ll work with the carrier to initiate a trace or file a claim if necessary.
