Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collections, select your preferred product and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 6 hours after it’s placed. After this period, your order will be processed and sent for production.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Q: What are your shipping options and delivery times?
A:
- Standard Shipping ($4.99): 16-23 business days
- Fast Shipping ($19.99): 11-14 business days
Shipping times include both processing and transit.
Q: Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
A: No. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return products in new or slightly used condition within 180 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. A prepaid return label is included in your original package.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Visit our Return Portal at https://urbanquota.com/return-policy/, complete the return request form, and use the prepaid label to send your item back.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.

A: We offer custom-printed T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, pet accessories (dog and cat), and hobby-themed apparel based on music instruments (violin, piano, guitar, drums) and activities like biking, beach, and camping.
Q: How should I care for my printed apparel?

- Machine wash inside out with cold water
- Tumble dry on low heat
- Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the printed design

A: Yes. All products are print-on-demand and custom-made specifically for each order, ensuring unique designs and sustainable production.
