  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after it enters the production process.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit cards and third-party payment services such as PayPal.

  • Orders are produced and shipped within the estimated time frame provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, production demand, and unforeseen delays.
  • Urban Quota is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of Print on Demand products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We only accept returns or issue replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, along with supporting photos and a description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
