Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urban Quota. We care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with returns and exchanges according to the policy outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders delivered within the United States.

You may return or exchange both defective and non-defective products as long as the items meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in new or slightly used condition
  • The return request must be made within 180 days from the date of delivery

2. What Can You Return or Exchange?

  • Defective Products: Items with manufacturing faults, printing errors, or damage during shipping
  • Non-Defective Products: If you change your mind or are unsatisfied for any reason

3. Exchanges

We gladly accept product exchanges within 180 days of delivery. The exchanged item must also be in new or slightly used condition.


4. Return Method

  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package
  • Return Shipping Fee: Free (no cost to the customer)
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply

5. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Visit our Return Portal: https://urbanquota.com/return-policy/
  2. Complete the return request form with your order number and reason for return or exchange
  3. Use the prepaid return label provided in your original shipment
  4. Drop off your package at the indicated shipping carrier

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact us and we will email a replacement label at no charge.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or customized products (unless defective)
