1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States of America only.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-05:00 New York)
- Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two shipping options for our customers:
a. Standard Shipping (Free)
- Handling Time: 1-3 business days
- Transit Time: 15-20 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 16-23 business days
- Rate: Free
b. Fast Shipping
- Handling Time: 1-2 business days
- Transit Time: 10-12 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11-14 business days
- Rate: $19.99 (per order)
You can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.
4. Delivery Schedule
- Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday.
- No orders are processed, fulfilled, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

- Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, peak seasons, or courier delays.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will have their handling time counted from the next business day.
6. Tracking Information
A tracking number and shipping details will be sent via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package anytime through the provided link.
7. Important Notes
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- Shipping addresses must be valid, complete, and free of P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Urban Quota is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
